Really enjoy the place staff very friendly could have stayed longer but had somewhere to go definitely call again

I like the 52 sauna i go on Saturday and come out on Sunday day and the staff are lovely I could not see anything more than that at what they do the food is great what place is wonderful

The staff here are vile, never felt so unwelcome avoid this place.

What can I say about this place been visiting that place for many years but now that place is not the same from last year 2024 up to now many off time i have been in that place is joke in the a winter. that place was absolutely cold no radiators working hot sauna room hardly working properly very limited worm coming from that place plus steam room is not very hot at all plus member staff are pretty lerzy and very rude…. after paying in entry like £15 up to £20 and you not getting good value what the paying for…. it has been many of complaints about a place temperature. Jakuzi hot steam room and hot sauna room and not very hot member staff and management the know the problems but they re not doing anything about this….. plus it has been many of times you pay in the entry to get in, and then you find out something is not working like jakuzi are off or steam room are off but you have still pay the full entry but you haven’t been told this is not is not availableto use it because blah blah blah …. shame that place is joke i dont think that place will get any better soon is there not going to fixt the problems inside the building!!!
