We came here as lgbt, none locals, after attending from an event nearby. Seeing as there was potential drag and lgbt acts prime time on a Saturday we were excited to finish our night here or even to have a little dance. We were highly dissapointed. There was no drag act, the place was dead at midnight, the guiness wasn’t good. For a Saturday night it was a poor showing. Which was fine but the music was so poor it just killed the vibe. The dance floor was dead, some 80s oor fillers would make every difference. Some stuff i have never even heard of or really backdated, none popular stuff. We sent the drinks back they were so bad, apparently the ‘end of the barrel’.Everyone looked depressed . We had one drink and left. Really wished we had picked the other lgbt option in the area. The place needs a little love and attention.
Awesome I loved it last night I be back thanks amazing i here tonight Friday 15 August 2025 staff good music cool clean great
Good selection of drinks, good acts although not as busy as I remembered it being a decade ago (maybe I’m just coming on wrong nights).
What an amazing place. Very accepting. Sam behind the bar was very friendly and The Duchess, of course was the most gracious hostess. This is a bar where you can meet new friends or sit around with your besties. The drag show was funnier than most any I’ve seen before. I will be coming back over and over
Had dinner with friends had such a lovely time! Our waitress Laila was so helpful and suggested her favourite vegetarian options on the menu which I was so happy about as I’m vegetarian!
