Terrible service! Cocky, rude and self-centred management who I know for sure don’t want me a step foot in that bar! Maybe because I’m 18 and not at their mature age – they clearly don’t know how to provide a good enough customer service, and for that simple reason I won’t be stepping a foot in that venue again. Nice job guys.

Dead atmosphere, horrible clientele, and outright malicious bouncers and management who freak out when they go up against someone who has an actual case against them over being maliciously smeared as homophobic by other patrons of the place who dared to take liberties and cross personal boundaries with you (who then go crying to bouncers to get you thrown out on the basis of homophobia as if a homophobe was ever going to go into a DEAD LGBT CLUB on a Wednesday night when NO KARAOKE happened anyway.

Avoid like the plague. Village + Gales + Loft are ultimately getting sold off by the owner and getting shut down in the next year anyway.

Atmosphere is 11/10! Drinks were made super fast and very tasteful. The manager/security guard had very efficient and useful service , thanks for making my night!

I MISS OLD VILLAGE! It was my all time favourite bar and I thought the new one would be at least similar. Everyone was huddled in the smoking area as it was just too overwhelming. What’s the fog machine also? Everyone I spoke to complained I thought it was just me getting old but no it was god awful. Music wasn’t great either GIVE ME MEGA CAMP! 😭

As a gay guy I called was called homopbobic and wasn’t allowed in with my friend. Neither of us intoxicated. Felt incredibly personal and insulting. As a 48 year old I am disappointed and actually shocked. I don’t recommend going here. It’s a disgrace!. I’ve gone to all of the gay venues for over twenty years. I don’t understand how it’s okay to just say that to a gay person not knowing them or anyone. The security here need replacing and some customer service training. Seriously calling a gay man homophobic couldn’t be anymore insulting!!!. I sincerely hope I get an apology. I am considering liable action for this remark and for disparagement of my name. I won’t drop this.

No response. Messaged the venue with contact details and nothing back. Highly recommend not going. They clearly don’t care!
