Most staff are ok but Patrick likes to break confidently by informing my ex partner what I was getting upto and telling him every last details which my ex couldn’t make up as he knew everything.
I think this is very unprofessional and breaches what I would think would be some kind of confidentiality at the suaua and very unprofessional.
And needs to learn not to open his mouth about customers to there ex partners

Heat sauna ( oh the irony) !!
Terrible experience ! Cold showers which was surrounded in duck tape covering leaking areas then the hot tub was luke warm at best ( felt more like a fish tank than a hot tub) was told the steam room facility was closed so decided to try the sauna ! Got in there and wasn’t even close to being hot there were towels hung up all round the sauna and on all the radiators drying ?? The whole experience put me off completely and probably would never return ! Spent about half an hour in there then left very disappointed ! On the plus side the guy on reception was pleasant and helpful and the locker rooms were clean enough and tidy. The rest of the place needs a really deep clean ! ..
